Hadi Aboukhater StartupWith over twenty years of experience in business development, Hadi Aboukhater has established an appetite for staying up-to-date with new, fast-growing, upcoming businesses: startups. Hadi’s first job after college was at a startup called LINK-VTC. He was the first employee at this startup that was the first independent videoconferencing company that captured 20% of the market from Sprint and AT&T. LINK-VTC focused on helping Fortune 500 companies stay in touch with each other. Some of their main clients were: Pfizer, Inc., JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Johnson and Johnson, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Two years after LINK-VTC’s creation, the founders sold the company for almost $20 million to Frontier Corporation, the fifth largest long-distance provider in the nation. Hadi climbed the ladder to become Vice President of Operations in less than three years with the company.  His responsibilities were to create and implement the strategic operational plan that situated the company for global growth.

Hadi Aboukhater eventually rejoined LINK-VTC’s founders at their new startup; Inflow, Inc. Inflow aided small to medium sized companies with facility-based IT solutions. Hadi was brought on board to restructure the struggling data centers in Irvine, CA and San Diego with much success. Eventually, Inflow was acquired by SunGard Availability Services and Hadi moved on to new ventures with business development in the back of his mind.

Throughout the years, Hadi Aboukhater has maintained his extensive start-up knowledge to provide consulting services to companies in early development stages in the technology, mobile applications, internet and telecom, and real estate sectors.
